Akashic Artizen, LLC, its owners and staff are certified with professional ethics, compliance, policies and procedures, and protected health information, as well as information of privacy policies. We are required and uphold content and information with safeguards of the highest integrity and local, state, and federal government agencies. Any individually identifiable health or contact information, electronically or otherwise created, received, transmitted, and maintained is confidential. Any information shared for public or private with regards to reviews, feedback, classes, electronically or otherwise will only be shared with your consent by your initials, or signature, or anonymously before we share any information details unless software cookies or tracking programs require.

Please reschedule if an emergency happens since we may not refund your booking fee. There are 84 hours in our week availability.  

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing with respect to particular services offered, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved at management discretion. By accepting these Terms, You agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Services offered. We advise payment received at the time of service and prior to appointment. Please chat/text/email another time to receive service for consideration and verification. We are flexible in regard to services rendered because schedules occasionally change. We accept advance payments only. Payments are tendered through this website’s options or Venmo (@AkashicArtizen, Robin Akashic) or Cash App ($AkashicArtiZen, Coach Robin) at this time. We reserve the right to change payment options, amounts, and times of operation prior to booking.
