Cancellation Policy

Preparation is required for each session. Please be courteous and reschedule at your earliest convenience if something comes up. For first time sessions: we are happy to connect with you via email, text, or call before you schedule an appointment to answer any questions. Calls/texts: 727-416-0515. There are no refunds for missed appointments. If you need to reschedule, the payment can reapply only if you contact us with that request. akashicartizen@gmail.com. Wear comfy clothes. Please reschedule if an emergency happens since we may not refund your booking fee. There are 84 hours in our week availability.

We are flexible in regard to services rendered because schedules occasionally change. We accept advance payments only. Payments are tendered through this website’s options or Venmo (@AkashicArtizen, Robin Akashic) or Cash App ($AkashicArtiZen, Coach Robin) at this time. We reserve the right to change payment options, amounts, and times of operation prior to booking.
